Daiwa Dendoh Power Assist Deep Drop Fishing Reels

The new Daiwa Dendoh Power Assist Reels have been flying off the shelves!  They are so much better than the old electric reels. They will allow you to fish deeper, less picked over reefs for better quality fishing.  Here's some quality info regarding what to use each reel for and what rods to pair them with:

If you like catching fish, you'll want to join the revolutionary new approach to saltwater fishing.  Dendoh Style Rods and Reels are like no others. Designed from the ground up for deep drop fishing, with compact, convenient battery packs for mobility, even a manual crank to give you a choice of fighting styles.  Get the Dendoh advantage.

Kite Fishing:
This proven technique produces a wide variety of fish including Sailfish, Wahoo, Dolphin, Kingfish and similar by using the kite to keep active baits on the surface. Several Lines can be clipped to the kite line at one time.  Ideal setup is the Tanacom Bull TB1000 Reel spooled with 50 lb Test Monofilament.  Match it up with the Saltiga SA-B32H-KT Kite Rod.

Shallow Drop:
For Grouper, Snapper, Amberjack, Cod and others often found in 200 to 600 foot depths, the SB-300FB or SB500Fe and Saltiga Dendoh System Boat Rods are a good choice.

Deep Drop:
For Grouper, Snapper, Cod, Tile Fish, Sword Fish, etc. often found at depths exceeding 700 feet, a good choice is the Tanacom Bull TB1000 Reel.  For extreme depths, heavy rigs and lines up to 150 lb test, the MP3000 is the work horse.
